Instructions

1. Pour the Nitro Cold Brew

Dispense 12 oz of cold brew coffee from your NitroTapp mini keg into a tall glass. Add vanilla or peppermint syrup if desired, and stir gently.

2. Prepare the Cold Foam

• In a frother or a small bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and peppermint extract.

• Froth until the mixture becomes light and airy, forming soft peaks. If you don’t have a frother, use a hand whisk or shake the mixture in a sealed jar until foamy.

3. Add Festive Colors

Divide the foam into two bowls. Add a drop of red food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other. Stir gently to mix. If you prefer a natural look, skip the coloring and keep the foam white.
