How do I take care of my Nitro Tapp?
Nitro Tapp is made from food grade premium stainless steel & is easy to care for. Nitro Tapp is not dishwasher, microwave or freezer friendly. We do not recommend using Nitro Tapp with extremely hot or overly acidic liquids.
We recommend cleaning your Nitro Tapp after each use with warm water, soap & the cleaning kit provided. Soaking your Nitro Tapp in warm water for 15-20 minutes helps keep the product clean & clog free.
Orders ship in 1 business day or less. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
We are currently only shipping to the United Staes & Canada. Due to regulations, we are not able to mail aerosols (Nitrogen cartridges) to Canada.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & more. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay.
We also have a 0% interest Payment Plan option with SplitIt.
How does SplitIt Payment Plans Work?
- SplitIt Payment plans have zero interest, no fees & do not pull or add to your credit or open a loan of any kind. It's simply a monthly charge on your Visa or Mastercard.
- At the time of purchase, once the merchant confirms your order, you will only be charged for the first payment. The remaining balance will be held on your credit card until the final payment is made. After each monthly payment, the amount held from your available balance will be reduced to the new remaining balance (the held amount might appear as “pending”).
- To be eligible, you must own VISA or MasterCard credit card and have the entire amount of your purchase available on your card.
- Splitit will not charge you interests or fees. Other charges may apply from your credit card issuer.
How do I track my order?
1. Orders are processed & shipped within 1 business day of purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?
All orders will receive email confirmation. Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email email@example.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been shipped, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
