Ingredients:
Cold Brew Coffee:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
- 4 cups cold water
- Brew over 18-24hr in the fridge, this will be the base for your nitro cold brew coffee!
Caramel Cold Foam:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nitro Cold Brew:
- Cold brew coffee (from above)
- Nitro cold brew dispenser - aka NitroTapp
Garnish:
- Caramel syrup (for drizzling)
- Sea salt flakes - we absolutely love Maldon Salt!
Instructions:
1. Making the Cold Brew Coffee:
- Combine Coffee and Water: In a large jar or French press, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans with cold water.
- Steep: Cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Strain: After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the grounds. Store the cold brew in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Making the Caramel Cold Foam:
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, caramel syrup, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whip: Use a milk frother or an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy. The consistency should be similar to whipped cream but slightly runnier.
3. Assembling the Nitro Cold Brew:
